Approx. Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

The Tennessee & Rodeo Valley Gravel Ride, or The TRV, is one of the fastest and easiest ways to get out on the dirt from downtown Mill Valley. Escape town to the bike path along the bay, the quiet road into Tennessee Valley, and plenty of dirt roads in the Headlands. Enjoy sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean to one side and all across the San Francisco Bay on the other. In addition to the natural beauty, you will ride through the historic military bases and missile sites nestled in the hills above Rodeo Beach.

Begin at Studio Velo and head south on Miller Ave. Take a left onto the bike path at the crosswalk at Almonte Blvd. Right after the little bridge, take a right towards Tam Valley. Continue onto Tennessee Valley Rd. From the Tennessee Valley parking lot, take a onto Old Springs Trail and another right at Miwok Trail. At Rodeo Lagoon, take a right on Bunker Rd and left on Coastal Trail to make a little loop above Rodeo Beach. Climb back up Miwok Trail and make a quick right onto Bobcat Trail. Climb Bobcat and descend Marincello Trail back to the Tennessee Valley parking lot. Finally, return to Studio Velo the way you came along Tennessee Valley Rd, the bike path, and Miller Ave.
