Studio Velo Cycling Trips

SV:Travel -- the travel & gourmet food division of Studio Velo --  goes to some of the most incredible riding destinations in the world. From local trips to Napa and Sonoma and cycling adventures down the California Coast and to the Eastern Sierras of California, to European adventures in the famous Alps and beyond, SV:Travel offers unique travel adventures on the bike with a very unique twist. 

Our 2013 schedule is coming together nicely and we are proud to offer many trips throughout the cycling season. Starting in February and continuing throughout the year, book a one-day, multi-day and week-long cycling adventure. Anticipated to be one of our best years yet!

Feb 28th - March 3rd -- Hawaii Cycling Adventure (Completed)

Maui Cycling Adventure.  4-days of island riding, culminating with the ascent of one of the world's greatest climbs, Haleakala. Full SAG, 4-star hotel accommodations and food prepared daily by Executive Chef Chris Dressick.  Join us for a riding adventure of a life time and enjoy an early start to the riding season.  

April 19th - 21st -- Northern California Coast Ride - 3-day Adventure (Completed)

For 2013,  Studio Velo brings you another world-class, fully supported California Coast Ride; this year we will adventure our way to the Northern reaches of California's Lost Coast and Highway 1. We will ride over 300 miles from Ferndale to Mill Valley, CA, taking in the hidden gem of The Lost Coast, follwed by the Avenue of the Giants, then onto some of Californai's most incredible coast line. The April 19th-21st edition promises to bring another challenging and adventurous cycling experience. For 3 days, we have again secure premiere accommodations for Friday and Saturday night and have the SV: Gourmet team on hand to provide meals and support along the way.  This is a must-do additions to your cycling check list. 

May 24- 27  Spring Eastern Sierra Cycling Weekend (Completed)

We have put together a biking adventure that includes some of the most majestic and challenging cycling available anywhere in the world. We travel to the Inyo National Forest, a region that captivated Ansel Adams and John Muir, for a 4-day cycling adventure is will challenge and reward all riders.  Each year we travel to Bishop for 4 full days of riding and we do it twice... as we love the riding in this area so much.

June 15th - 22nd & 22nd - 29th  -- Italy Summer Cycling Adventure

Join us for another famed road cycling adventure in Europe next summer. Experience the most incredible roads of Italy and France, along the Italian Alps and the wine regions of Barolo & Alba. 

A once-in-a-leftime trip, you will experience the best Italy has to offer, with great climbs in the Italian and French Alps, valley rides and the hills of the Lange region, famous for some of Italy's best wines. Think Barolo, Alba, Barbaresco and many more. Luxury accommodations, private chef and full SAG support each and every day.
