Giordana Women's FR Carbon Short 

These hyper-advanced FR-C shorts feature Giordana's HC-44 fabric that, because of its 44-threads-per-centimeter knit, is lightweight, supple, and silky. Enhanced with an Aerofix waistband, which consists of Ametista backed with stretchy, breathable Antigua fabric, holds the shorts in place without pressure points or digging. As well as wide Aerofix cuffs offer extra support as well as prevent the short from riding up.
